On the Microsoft side, you might get help to revert to the previous Windows 10 version. Other users with older Elements versions than your current PSE2018 won't get help at all. If you expect to get Adobe staff to get hold of your computer to change the registry, that seems optimistic (you won't be alone and it's week-end hours). 'Contact Us' in the help section and choose the 'chat' option. If you can't find one, try to contact Adobe directly. Most people understandably reluctant to fiddle with the registry (two minutes and no catastrophe from the thousands of users having made it) can get help from friends or relatives. You are not speaking to Adobe, nor with Microsoft.Īdobe has already provided the workaround to make your Elements work again.
I need Adobe to sort this/Windows to sort thisįirst, this is a user to user forum where volunteers try go give help. So replacing the Adobe code by the same code can't be a solution. You have read that Microsoft has changed the code of the Windows routines used by Elements on your computer. You don't need to be IT literate to understand that there has not been any change in the code of your Elements. I need Adobe to sort this/Windows to sort this - I am not IT literate enough to mess about any further. I have reset my computer & reloaded the Elements from scratch & it still will not work.

Since the windows upgrade I am getting the same message, followed by 'not enough memory'.
